Dunners was picture perfect on Thursday when Tinie Tempah was in the city to perform at the Forsyth Barr Stadium as part of OUSA Orientation, 2014. Despite his busy schedule, he still found time to visit St Clair beach and Cadbury World. He even ran up Baldwin Street with DJ Charlesy!
Tinie Tempah really turned up the heat while performing songs such as ‘Lover Not A Fighter’ and ‘Children Of The Sun’. Tinie was impressed when the crowd erupted into singing the chorus of ‘Written In The Stars’. He also commented that if his life had taken a different turn, he would have liked to study at the University of Otago – it can’t get much better than that!
Full marks to Dan Hendra (OUSA Events Manager) for securing such a huge internationally renowned British artist. After all, Tinie was the opening act for the 2014 BAFTAs and even high-fived his pal Prince William (who will also be in Dunedin soon)!
